Researching into the 1960s era which I was originally drawn to the fashion movement specifically the glasses style. I bought forward the theme of shapes through the frames of glasses from the 60s.
This influenced me into researching about op art and psychedelic art from the era. Op art, also known as kinetic art, gives the impression of movement, from swelling and twisting, to flashing shapes. These are often using repeating monochromatic patterns which create illusions. This then drew me to researching about static tv visuals, which is caused when the TV is tuned to a channel for which there is no nearby broadcaster. I found visual content in this.
